Molly turns one!

Back in April Molly turned one! We had to celebrate and open presents a few days early because we were going to be in Utah for her actual birthday. She was spoiled, as always and got a kitchen set and lots of play kitchen food. She has loved it and plays with it much more then we ever thought she would. She also got a princess cake and it turns out she isn't a fan of cheap cake. After a few bites she started screaming and dumped it on the floor. It was a quick and low key celebration, perfect for a little girl turning 1.
We love this little lady so much. She has been such a light in our home this last year and we are so grateful.

Happy Birthday Caleb

We celebrated this boys 4th Birthday this week. He begged and begged to have a batman party at chuckee cheese. I finally gave in and agreed; I had a few more original and creative ideas in mind. We invited family and a few friends to celebrate with us and the evening was perfect. The kids loved it and Caleb finally got the much desired Bat Bot. For 6 months he has been begging for this toy and saving his money in hopes to eventually buy it. Knowing he would never save $75 we got it for his birthday. The toy was everything he dreamed it would be.
We love this boy so much. His sweet spirit and loving heart have made him such a good older brother. He is friendly and doesn't know a stranger or an enemy. This personality trait has made him lots of friends in the most unexpected places and I know it will carry him far in his life.  We love you so much Caleb Roy and we can't wait to see where life takes you.

Happy Fathers Day

I have been blessed with both a great Father and Father in law, and for that I am grateful.
But my greatest appreciation is for the father of my children. These kids really got lucky with Nathan as a Dad; or maybe I just made a really great choice. Either way we love him and are so grateful to have him in our lives.

House

We are getting so close to having this house finished. The exterior still needs some brick, paint and landscaping. The interior is almost complete minus the carpet and a few touch ups. We recently received a closing date for July 15th so hopefully in less then a month we will be all moved in.

family pictures

A few weeks ago we had some family pictures taken by our wedding photographer Ruth Reese. Not only was it fun to see her again she takes such great pictures for a very affordable price. We love her work and were so happy with how well our pictures turned out. We know how hard it can be to photograph our three crazy kids so it was a surprise we even got one good picture. We had lots that we loved so this is just a small sample of some of our favorites.

cruise

Last week we went on a cruise. It was the first vacation Nathan and I have been on since we had Caleb, almost 4 years ago. We took a Royal Caribbean cruise from Galveston, Texas to Honduras, Belize and Cozumel. We went with 6 other couples from both Tulsa and Corpus Christi.
The first stop was in Roatan, Honduras where Nathan and I got the chance to scuba dive with our good friends Ginger and Jared. It wasn't the best dive I have ever done but it did come pretty close.
Next we went to Belize city, Belize where we did a zip line through the jungle and cave tubing excursion.
Lastly we stopped in Cozumel where we took ATV's to Jade Caverns. The water in Cozumel was absolutely amazing. The color was beautiful and the visibility was at least a 100 feet. We defiantly want to plan a trip back to Cozumel.
In between our stops and excursions we were wined and dined with phenomenal food that came in abundance.  We ordered several entrees and deserts each night and they were brought to us by the greatest waiter. Our waiter was from the Philippines which turned out to be fun because for once Nathan could finally use the language he learned on his mission. Rey (our waiter) created an amazing dinner experience each night complete with magic tricks. I can't thank Rey enough for what an amazing job he did with our large group.
I was a little nervous about having 3 full days at sea and wondered if I would be able to keep busy but the ship was full of things to do. We went swimming, surfing (on the flow rider), rock climbing, played lots of shuffle board, watched shows, listened to live music, played games, ordered lots and lots of frozen drinks, and caught up on sleep.
Overall it was such a great experience with lots and lots of great memories. It's been a long time since I have laughed as much as I did on this cruise. We couldn't have asked for a better group to go with.

This is just a photo dump, in no particular order of a few of the many pictures taken by all our friends.
